Куда оформлять командировки
Для российских участников БН-2015 рекомендуем оформлять командировки на Научный фонд имени А.М. Бутлерова или Академию наук Республики Татарстан.
Для иностранных участников БН-2015 гарантируется оформление официального приглашения от Казанского национального исследовательского технологического университета и Федеральной миграционной службы (если последнее требуется).
Гражданам из большинства стран требуются виза или приглашение для въезда в Россию. Если это является случаем для вашей страны, то, пожалуйста, скачайте Application form в этом документе: visa_requirements.doc. Ниже дублируется текст этого документа на английском языке, который включает описание процедуры оформления приглашения иностранных участников БН-2015 и условий получения визы (если таковая требуется), анкета, которую необходимо заблаговременно заполнить всем иностранным участникам БН-2015, а также перечень стран и соответствующих им формы приглашения для их граждан.

Statement of Invitation for Foreigners (Visa Requirements)
1. If you are a citizen of a country with no visa to Russia requirements, you can buy your tickets and plan your trip to Russia. If necessary for your university authorities, we can issue an official invitation letter from Kazan National Research Technological signed by Rector, and send you a scan. In this case, we need a scan of your passport and your application form.
2. If you are a citizen of a country where a direct letter of invitation from our University is necessary in order to get a visa, we need a scan of your passport and your application form. We will issue an official invitation letter from Kazan National Research Technological signed by Rector, and send you a scan.
After you get our invitation, you should start the process of visa application at the Embassy of the Russian Federation (Russian Consulates) in your country. You can find the list of all the required documents on the web-site of the Russian Consulate of your country.
3. If you are a citizen of a country where an official invitation letter issued by the Russian Federal Migration Service or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Government Certificate) is necessary in order to get a visa, we need a scan of your passport and your application form. We will apply for this type of invitation, and the process will take around two months. After we get the invitation, we will e-mail you a scanned copy, and send you the original by express mail.
After you get the invitation, you should start the process of visa application at the Embassy of the Russian Federation (Russian Consulates) in your country. You can find the list of all the required documents on the web-site of the Russian Consulate of your country.
4. All foreign citizens have to get HUMANITARIAN type of visa.
In any case, before starting the visa application process, please, consult the Russian Embassy in your country.
